What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes! we do accept international orders.

Can I return my box?

Witwoobox purchases are nonrefundable. We do not accept returns boxes including Limited Edition boxes. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. If your box is missing an item, or there is a fault please contact our customer care team within 4 days of receiving the products so we can issue a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Witwoobox.

I have 2 coupon codes or offers: can I redeem both?

Unfortunately, only one offer or code can be redeemed per subscription.

How do I redeem my coupon code for a Witwoobox subscription?

To redeem your coupon or voucher code, all you have to do is enter the code during the checkout process under “Coupon Code.”

What is Witwoobox?

Witwoobox is a monthly subscription service for brides. Five full size sought after beauty products have been carefully selected and will be delivered straight to your door. Each month we give you a chance to try and sample deluxe beauty products at a fraction of the cost as the value of the products are always worth more than you have paid for. Doesn’t that sound great?

What products will I receive in my Witwoobox?

At Witwoobox we love to surprise you, which is why will sometimes give you a little treat with a sneak peek of our favourite products featured in your box.

How much does a Witwoobox subscription cost?
We give you 3 subscription options:
Monthly Plan: Costs £20 per box, with free UK delivery. This is a rolling subscription that you can cancel anytime*.  Your box will include 5 beauty and wedding related products every month.

3 Month Plan: £18 per box, with free UK delivery. This is a one-off payment of £54. Your box will include 5 beauty and wedding related products every month.
6 Month Plan: £15 per box, with free UK delivery. This is a one-off payment of £90. Your box will include 5 beauty and wedding related products every month.
Do I have to order my Witwoobox every month?

All 3 subscriptions automatically renew and you will be rebilled on a monthly, 3 monthly, or 6 monthly basis, depending on the type you selected.

Your monthly subscription is renewed automatically every month. For 3 and 6-month subscriptions, we will automatically renew your subscription. To opt out please see our cancellation policy.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
We want you to be 100% confident when using our products, which is why you subscribe you will be given the opportunity to tell us if you have sensitive skin or any allergies. If you’re unsure about a product, let us know before you start using it, we are more than happy to check with the beauty brand.
We highly recommend that you read the ingredients listed on the products, and you always do a patch test by trying a small amount of the product before hand. If you develop any irritation or feel unwell after the patch test, don’t use the product.
How do I know when my Witwoobox is shipped.

We send you a shipping confirmation email every month to let you know when it’s coming.

How long with it take for my box to arrive?

We expect to ship your box at the end of each month. We will send you an email to let you know the box is packed and ready for delivery.

How do I cancel my Witwoobox subscription?

We’re sad to see you go but to cancel your subscription you have to contact us 14 days before your next beauty box is shipped. If you have any issues please contact our customer service team.
